Training Dashboard
Training Dashboard provides the information about total training hours according to the grade and organization unit in the company of the last three months. For example, if the current month is January 2014, then the training dashboard will display total of training hours according to the grade and organization unit on October, November and December 2013. To access this menu, go to Training > Training Dashboard then the Dashboard page will appear as shown below.
Training Dashboard is divided into two parts.
1. Training Hours by Grade Last 3 Months
This dashboard displays total of training hours participated by training participant based on job grade. The displayed total of hours is the total of training hours of the last three months from the current month. The following picture is the dashboard display.
For example: The current month is January. The company holds “Database SQL” Training on November and December. Participants who attend the training come from the grades of 1A, 1B, 2A, 3A, and 3C. Then the dashboard displays total of training hours participated by participants from the grades of 1A, 1B, 2A, 3A, and 3C on November and December.
2. Training Hours by Organization Unit Last 3 Months
This dashboard displays total of training hours participated by training participant based on the organization unit. The displayed total of hours is the total of training hours of the last three months from the current month. The following picture is the dashboard display.
For example: The current month is January. The company holds “Leadership” Training on October, November, and December. The participants who attend the training come from organization units of Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The the dashboard displays total of training hours participated by participants from organization units of Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Marketing on October, November, and December.
